but not an activity.

generally #2 is the most commonly used definition.
but it's generally associated with a group activity.

..but what went on yesterday?
I was dissapointed that I quit/was fired from FasTracKids and I let that dissapointment take over my mood for the day. Sort of an "emotion gone wild" sort of thing. You'd think I could do better, what with all the training I've been doing for the past year or so to fix this very problem - i.e. going off the deep end.
All in all, I said some dumb things to some special people and I am still kicking myself for not having the capacity to shut.the.fuck.up.
