long time no update...
Life has been absolutely amazing, to say the least.
School has been good, it’s school...what more do you want? First off...none...not one...none of my classes start before 2 pm haha...ok i’m done bragging...usually though i’m there until 10pm...no not constantly I only live 15 minutes from the campus. Mondays and Wednesdays I get to draw and study anthropology! WEEE!!! hehe... Tuesdays i get to sit and listen to a lecture about film history and then go home and do homework. Wednesday nights i go to video production and be board in class, so i play on the internet and randomly add to the lecture...thats what happens when you stick board people in front of a computer with internet access during a boring lecture. Thursdays I get to watch a full length movie from the time period we’re talking about...and then i get to go play on computers again, this time doing flash and photoshop and what not. so far i can build a working web page with links and a flash animation. It’s really going good, i’m enjoying it more now than I was a couple of weeks ago. I’m now on the hunt for colleges to transfer to with a public relations major...along with scholarships. yippee!!!
Life outside of school? I end up spending 45% of my time in Menifee, and 45% of my time Downey and 10% of my time at camp and other random places. apparently i’m a backwards college student. Most college students go to school during the week and go home for the weekend, I end up going away for the weekend and going home for school. (My mother told me this the other day and it really just made me laugh.)
45% in Menifee: School, sleep, laundry, and random running throughout temecula and what not. I have lunch with mom and dad everyday and it give us that family bonding time over what better that Carnitas? Then it’s usually off to school and home for sleep.
45% in Downey: I have recently acquired a relationship and am head over heal in love with the most amazing person ever, so naturally I go to see her. Recently we’ve been working on converting the garage in to a bedroom. I now know how to hang and patch drywall!! yay a new skill!! yes i’m crazy leave me alone. When we’re not working in the garage we’re watching tv or on of the many movies that is on out “to see” list. Sometimes we even venture out and off to Downtown Disney or the beach or to church. Church? yes church. Almost every Sunday we go to church and I have really been enjoying it. I’ve somehow gotten roped in to helping out during mass as well. I’ve ushered twice now and have a feeling that I’ll be doing it again. I really do enjoy it though and i get to be there with the most amazing person in the world.
10% at camp and other places. Yup. I’m still doing the Girl Scout Camp thing working on the weekends and such. If I’m not at camp, I’m probably off with Meghan doing something or other, like Disneyland or the beach, or what not.
Other than that...not much is happening. I have a car...Georgia...she’s a tan Honda civic and she is the best car ever. Mom found us a new pet a few weeks ago... a white bunny that she has named Albicant...yes she’s attached. What more can I say? Life is good
