Finally, a life of my own to explore. I'll miss Sundays with my sister but for now the change is welcomed. Settling down in America... It's sure to be a lot different then Britian for sure. The fashion, the food, the air. Even the manner of driving here is different. It's so very strange.
It's like stepping into a whole new world although I'm not sure what to expect from a place from this. It seems like taxis are the number one mode of transportation above ground. I think I'll be more comfortable taking the subway around the city. The luggage shouldn't be too hard to carry onto it either. For the best of it, I just hope not to get lost.
There's a hot dog stands everywhere. Every block it seems. Maybe I'll have a chili dog to fill my stomach up before I get on. It's time to try something new, that's for sure.
