Regular Blogging
Introduction...
Ok, so a while back a friend suggested to me that I begin keeping a regular blog, and I'm finally getting around to doing so. I'll try to update it regularly, or as regularly as possible, but at least once a week.
The idea came from one of the nights, sitting in a coffee house expounding upon all the topics of the world, and he, Patrick that is, suggested that I start blogging. He explained that he enjoyed my view on the world, that I give a good perspective and that it would be enjoyable to read. With that, I've decided that I'll try to stay to a few key ideas as I write each entry:
1. Keep it interesting
2. Keep it relevant
3. Keep it honest
4. Never hold back
With that said, expect brutal honesty, foul language, probably a lot about sex and about whatever the fuck comes to mind. Also, I'd like to try to touch on some key issues and current events as I do this, just to kep my mind sharp. The entries will probably be long, so I'll try to break them up into sections and lable each section, but we'll see how that works out.
Lastly, I will ask for one thing: comments! Please comment, I want to know what you all think of the post, what you think I should cover next, whatever, just reply. I'm looking forward to getting some good posting ideas from that.
First posting...
Ok, so now I have to ask myself, what the fuck do I write as a first post? I'm sitting in Starbucks, with my class today being cancelled, killing about 3 hours before I have to return to the hell that is work. I'm listening to Nickelback and don't really have anything on the mind. Actually, I do have one thing, Bettie Paige died yesterday, and I wanted to bring it to everyone's attention, as I personally consider her to be one of the most beautiful women in history (behind Audtry Hepburn, of course). Besides that, I haven't really had anything on my mind except school and christmas. I finish school (yeah, completely, degree and all) in exactly 1 week. Actually, exactly 1 week from right now (as I type this) I will be finishing my very last final as an undergraduate. Pretty exciting. I think I'll drink to that! Also, as for Christmas, I've just been trying to figure out when the hell I'm going to get my shopping done, but it will all work out, it always does.
I'm thinking it would be helpful in writing this to know what's going on in the world around me, but as I have avoided the news since my candidate lost the election, I'm kinda at a loss. I'm not going to lie, it leaves me with little to write about, so I'll turn to movies...
Movie Blog..."Wanted"
Ok, so when Timur Bekmambetov (director of Night Watch and Day Watch) took on his first American film, I'm not going to lie I was stoked! Then I found out that because of it, he left his Russian roots in the Watch series behind, leaving the last film to die in movie hell. I'm disappointed, to say the least, to not be able to see the last film in the Watch series, but then I saw Wanted and forgave him for doing such a horrible thing.
After seeing the Watch movies, I fell in love with Timur's directorial style, his use of special effects, and by American movie standards, he did those movies with no budget. Then he was given a budget and free reigne to make one of the most astounding visual works I've seen in a long, LONG, time. The film was amazing! On par with any great action/fantacy flick I"ve seen, even topping the beloved Watch flicks (only, I'm sure, because he had a much bigger budget).
Anyhow, the movie, about a fraternaty of assassins who have super human speed and some almost magical powers, is a non-stopped bend over and kiss your ass good-bye but don't take your eyes of the screen adrinalyn filled flick that will captivate the audiance and never let you leave to take a piss. I don't even know how to do just to explaining this movie, its just that good! See it. That's all I can say. Go, go now, rent it, fuck, buy it, watch it and come back. I'll wait...hm...yeah...coffee...oh, hey, ok, so, was it good? I know, fan-fucking-tastic, right!? Yeah, so with that, I'm out.

I do ask though, comment, please, as I stated before, I want to know what you all think of the post, what you think I should cover next, whatever, just reply.
