Running with your mirrors in front of our faces. I've always wondered - how are you seeing where you're going?

[From the look on his face, it's obviously Quite A Dilemma.]

Sitting down? They caught you?

[He draws back, looking surprised, and then, in a louder voice than necessary, loud enough to draw attention if she wasn't alone:]

Oh! You're hiding! Of course!

[ They were definitely looking around her area. ]

[ She starts to flail, then puts a finger to her mouth as if to say 'shush!' ]

[Looking alarmed, Adachi reels back from the mirror and clamps a hand over his mouth, looking apologetic.]

[ She waits a few moments until they start looking elsewhere, then sighs. ]

It's OK. I have a hard time remembering to be quiet too. It's not really my strong point.

[He's back to whispering.]

Sorry 'bout it anyway. They always did say my big mouth was gonna get me into trouble one day.

But you sure it's safe? Hiding where there are so many guards still hangin' around.

I'm a little nervous about running away again. I'm not the fastest... Well, actually really slow. I'll probably try once they clear out a bit.

When's that gonna happen? They've been patrolling nonstop for over a week now!

W-well... That means they've got to stop soon! They're probably really tired!

... They have to! Patrolling forever... They can't just do that! Right?

They probably have shifts. I mean, c'mon, if there's a whole army of 'em, then it'd make sense they'd send them out in waves.

[His eyes widen.]

Wh-what if they never let up! And we live our entire lives in hiding, in the shadows of an underground post-apocalyptic society run by tyrant soldiers! Like those sci-fi movies!
