crafting every day!
i got a fancy new camera for xmas, so as i try to figure it out i am taking LOTS of photos. i dont really post here any more, but i thought i could try and use this to keep track of the crafting i do every day...the plan is to post on sundays since i definitely wont be posting every day. let's see how long i last!
i officially started on the 1st, so here we go...
day one: quilt for my cousin's baby shower! i used just scraps, or other fabric i had hanging around the house. the color plan was green, pink, and yellow with a few other accents. i really love how it came out! i quilted it every 1/2 inch in sort of straight lines.
day two: bunny made from gloves (martha stewart tutorial). the white filling isnt so obvious in person as it is in the photo. this was to stick on top of the baby shower quilt, so this shot is the wrapped up gift. guess what? too much snow and i couldn't go to the shower. i'll mail it tomorrow, but i really wanted to give it in person...oh well.
day three: pompoms!!! i'm trying to get rid of stuff, so i'm taking all my yarn scraps and making pompoms. this will be an ongoing process, but i'm getting a good start today.
