Look up the Leisure Suit Larry series.
Those are classic AO games, and I'm sure there are more.

Liesure Suit Larry isn't AO I saw it in Gamestop the other day
I think BMXXX is AO and God of War has sex scenes but its still M. Look up Larry Thompson... the next McCarthy. Now hes after Sims 2 because they have real penises and vageegees. Then EA told him when you remove the blur... they are eunuchs.
