Haha, my dad is old now!
So today is my dad's 50th b-day. Frankly, my mom is enjoying every second of it. He is to. But even better, only 4 more days till I'm 16!!! Wooooooot! I'm so excited.
Hmmm... Whats new? Mom got me a keyboard to help with my singing. I'm alright, getting better every minute. It's pretty tricky trying to remember which keys are which notes and the like.
Today was errand day. I woke up, lounged for an hour or so then got dressed, cleaned my room (my closet doors are broken) and vaccumed for mom. Then me and her went to Lowe's and Best Buy.
Have you ever noticed how... dumb people are? Not only dumb, but rude? at Lowe's, my mom asked this guy where they had their tool sheds and the guy put on a stupid baby voice saying 'Go through our garden department... then turn towards the back.'. Pshaw. Those weren't even the right directions. They were out front.
Best Buy, the freaking Geek Squad was just... IDK.... dumb. The girl who took my computer had the highest voice I've ever heard and couldn't figure out how to look up my name. So she called the guy in charge, and he couldn't either. Aren't these supposed to be the smart people??
Bleh. Whatevs. So we went to POTC:DMC AGAIN! I love that movie. It's really long though... But I still loved it.
After that we went to JC Pennys so Mom could order curtains. Let me tell you. Teenagers suck. I am a freaking teenager and I hate us.
We go to curtain department and there are two customer service desks. One is really busy, the other is just two teen workers flirting and completely deserted otherwise. So we go there. The girl is rude and unhelpful (is that a word?) and the guy just keeps looking down my shirt. So they give my mom a magazine to look through and find a curtain and while we do that, they just keep giggling to each other! No help at all when my mom asks them questions. So finally mom is like: "Is there actually someone here who KNOWS about curtains?" and the girl just says "Yeah, they're over there, but there busy, I thought thats why you came here."
Well DUH!!!!!!!!! And you weren't any help were you!?!
So we go over to the busy counter and instantly this lady offers to help us. Well THANK YOU KIND LADY! We were out of there in, like, ten minutes.
Now really Mr. and Ms. Horny Morons, would it really have been so hard to tell us to go to the right counter when my mom tells you right off the bat that she needs to buy a white curtain for her room? Didn't think so.
Idiots.
