everywhere i go there is so much on show
well thats my first week of school over.
all the painters are really painty. this could cause some problems considering, generally, i'm not even a fan of painting, let alone a painter myself. when i said i wanted to spend the next two weeks looking at a phrase, the tutor gave me one of the blankest looks i've ever seen. oh well.
sonic youth was amazing. AMAZING! i floated home afterwards in a floaty kind of a daze and i can't really remember what i did after that.
i've not got any of my other classes sorted out yet which is maybe a problem but i'm not worrying.
kate, the other girl from eca, has hurt her foot so i've been round to see her a couple of times and met some new exchangers who i went to the cinema with on sunday. all of us are going out for a drink tonight which'll be good.
ehh, patti smith was also amazing. she played two sets and had some good banter in between songs. she kept going on about some cartoon. anyway, it was good nonetheless and when i walked home it was snowing. i love walking in the snow.
i've been here nearly two weeks which seems weird. time is flying and i hope it keeps it up to keep the momentum going.
