everything you're sure of is up for change
the essay is getting there. we're doing fine on the word count, but its the editing still to be done, and thats the big part. in a bid for distraction i made gingerbread. i've not tried it yet so i don't know how it will be. the pre-cooked mix tasted a bit funny because we didnt have any allspice so i looked up what it was like and added a bit of each of the things the thing said. i think im beginning to crash after my hours and hours of coffee consumption.
i watched that lit-up sign at the entrance/exit to the cowgate go off at 5. i suppose its a bit of an urban sunset. i haven't left the house in a few days and don't imagine i will before monday when the essay is due in. rachel says i'll get rickets. adam ricket was on the telly yesterday. what a coincidence.
i'm gonna ice my gingerbread i think. and try to avoid rickets.
