Well. Today is the saddest day ever. Lollapalooza gotcancelled. Which seriously was my raison-d'etre. No Modest mouse and Broken Social Scene on the same day. No Morrissey no TV on the Radio no Flaming Lips. There seriously couldn't be worse news in the world.
I can't remember the last tim eI was this excited for anything and now it's been cruelly ripped from my bare hands. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Americans who don't buy tickets to amazing music festivals. This is probably George Bush's handywork.
Anyway today I got an interview at bridgehead! So now I will possibly work at TWO coffee shops which might be the only cure for my eight-cup-a-day coffee addiction. Or it might fuel it. We'll see. I also got a Wilco ticket as a slight (miniscule) consolation for no Lollapalooza.Anyways. Bad day overall. Bad (ish) times. Five days to decide whether it will be Vancouver or Ottawa for next year. Impossible. Blah. Lollapalooza, I needed you!
