I got hold of this long before it's March release date, before the year started actually. Straight away you could tell that James Murphy had managed to streamline his efforts into making a modern classic. He already got the party started long ago with his brillant 7" 'Losing My Edge' in 2002 and then his promising eponymous debut in 2004 including some dynamite like 'Daft Punk Is Playing At My House' and 'Tribulations'. From the first track until the last, this time EVERYTHING sounded just great, 'Someone Great' and 'All My Friends' providing the perfect centre filling to a disco waffle. I waffle.
