Exercise

My exercise and dieting plan is going really well. I have lost another 8lbs and am actually 3 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight. At this point I am not really trying to loose anything, just to tone up a bit to get my clothes to fit better. I am looking into yoga classes and getting a belly dance teacher again. Classes are usually about $10-20 a 30 minute session, at least they were when last I was taking them. There are several troupes and teachers near you actually. It is quiet fun. I'd be glad to show you some basics if you are interested I know manya white girl who started out as rough as sandpaper and ended up quite graceful. The best thing is the moves are good for anywhere clubs or whatever, you don't have to be skinny as tooth pick to look good doing it (in fact it often looks better if you aren't) and it is a really damn good way to tone up and burn calories while having fun.

you don't really have to move your feet much and although it is called belly dancing you mostly use your thighs, hips and arms. :)
