PUZZLE
Alright friends and family, wrap your minds around this one. My car's locks refroze and locked me out at the grocery store, and it took me, two other people, and half a can of de-icer an hour to figure it out. Having a door completely open before and during the entire course of events did NOT improve the situation. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND.
