birthday recap
work as usual...
-received two lovely happy birthday voice sing-a-long voicemails first thing this morning...1 from my mother and 1 from one of my best friends and her 2yr old son (very cute I must say)
-co workers snuck up behind me while i was working..sang happy birthday...brought me a cake..
-received happy birthday call from long lost other best friend tracy whom lives only 10 mins away but i only see maybe 2 times a year...(one of those times will be this sunday, yay!)
- after work...went to phillies game...this is where things went sour..because i was supposed to meet 4 friends there..and 2 of them were sitting in a different section then myself and the other 2...but we were going to try to find empty seats together...well...1 of my friends was being so antsy that she just couldnt hold still..so we missed most of the game cuz she had to keep getting up to walk around..and move seats ...and her girlfriend (my other friend) didnt want to let her go walk alone..so we both had to go with her..cause i didnt want to sit there by myself on my freaking birthday! and i couldnt go sit with the other 2 cause they had really good seats and there werent any empty seats near them..so i had to walk all over the damn stadium with miss antsy pants. she finally got so antsy that her and her gf left in the 7th inning...by then some seats had cleared by my other 2 friends and i was able to sit with them. we we're supposed to go out to a club called 'bounce' after the game...because it was also my other friend cindy's (who was also there at the game) birthday as well...so it was supposed to be this big bday celebration type thing...but nooooooooooooo her gf wasnt feeling well...so..blah..they just wanted to go home afterward...sooooooo..here i am..
- i did get a few happy bday calls while at the game - some from people i did not expect...so that was odd...but i still havent gotten the one from the one person i did expect..truthfully..i'm not dissappointed that she hasnt called...just very very suprised that she hasnt.
-came home.. read my emails....got a few ecards...and a birthday IM...and TING's LJ bday 'love' =) ..lol. which..if it werent for those few things..i woulda been sooooo irritated before going to bed...so thank you.
