guys and girls...
i may be looking for a roommate. i'm not sure yet. but i was just seeing if anyone might be interested. it's a cute, old, shotgun style house. it has a nice front porch that we can sit on and listen to records playing through the window from the living room. it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. new laminate wood floors/old hardwood floors. tons of storage space. drive-in basement that i plan on someday turning into a nice place to party. good size living room. the cutest turquoise kitchen and dining room ever. a breezeway that will serve as a craft room/laundry room. it's in pace. right next door to my family's house. my other roommate is great. she's really fun to be around. she'll make you laugh all day. she's very drama-free. a guy or girl would work. i think a guy would be a lot of fun to live with and would balance the house out. a girl would do fine as well. the rent is 200 dollars plus 1/3 of the electricity and water. probably cable as well. can't beat that. we may move in in a few weeks. but whoever wants to move in with us doesn't have to move in immediately, just soon. we can work it all out. we're still working on it. floors will go in this weekend. painting is almost completed. so then we can start moving in. let me know if you're possibly interested or know someone that is.
