Daughterverse and "The Maiden"
I thought my story "The Maiden" might fit in well here. It's WIP, and on slight hiatus just now, but I am still working on it and it will definitely be finished eventually. In the meantime, there's a fair amount there, and women lead indeed.

Warnings: considerable sexual content (of the het, m/m, and f/f varieties), as well as a power structure that dehumanizes and functionally enslaves the entire male sex and makes heterosexual relationships dub-con kind of by definition. Also, there are or will be references to or depictions of rape, physical torture, deprivation, and strange powers used to bad ends. Oh, and bad language.
Summary: The Daughterverse is an original fiction fantasy alternate universe in which women are... empowered. Literally. Women channel a powerful magical force that enables them to effectively enslave all males, who are kept more or less as chattel. "The Maiden" is the story of a young man chosen to attempt to father a (female) heir for a particularly powerful woman, and of the men and women who surround them.
(It's going to be a trilogy eventually; you might be able to guess the titles of the next two multi-part stories.)
