Playstation 3 recommendations?

Hello everyone. I'm currently looking into buying a Playstation 3, and I wanted to pick your brains about PS exclusives.

Generally what I'm into are non-turn based action/adventure games, but I'm fairly particular in what I like. I'm not into "realistic" war games that draw from historical events (such a WWII), and generally steer clear of shooters (third person included). However, I make exceptions for games with amazing stories and unique gameplay. I just prefer sword fighting and hand-to-hand combat, or magic, to killing with a gun.

Series I enjoy:

Zelda -- I like the simplicity of the stories, the puzzles and the boss fights.

Kingdom Hearts -- I like that it has a wealth of RPG elements while still remaining an action-adventure game. The vastly different worlds and traveling in between them is also something that appeals to me. And the magic.

Fable -- The simple combat draws me in, and I enjoy the "life" elements -- such as starting a family and the strong relationship I had with my dog in Fable 2. I like the customization options, and the multiple ending scenarios. Choices are what make this game one of my favorites.

the Arkham series -- The combat system (button mashing mixed with controlled button attacks) and I the gadgets are what I like about this series. I like the riddler challenges and the side missions as much as the main story. The darkness also appeals to me.

Here is a list of games I am looking into:

God of War (the 1-2 pack, the PSP packs and GoW 3)
Infamous 1 and 2
Demon's Souls/Dark Souls (I know Dark Souls isn't an exclusive, but I kind of want to play Demon's Souls before Dark Souls)
Ico/Shadow of the Colossus
Journey

Games I am considering despite not fitting what I generally "go" for:
Ni No Kuni
Uncharted

To clarify, what I like in Ni No Kuni is the art style and with Uncharted I think the story may be worth a play through. Plus it has interesting platforming elements.

Anything I am missing? Thank you!

Edit: Sorry I took so long to reply to some of you. Got side tracked last night after renting Mass Effect 2. Thank you all so much.
