GoW 2 casual/normal/insane modes - how to change?
I feel like a complete moron for asking this, but my google-fu is not working its magic on this one. On the xbox 360 version of the game, how in the heck do you change modes on single player? I know you have to unlock insane with a game completion, but I'm looking more to change it to casual and darned if I can figure out how. Is it staring me right in the face?
