The Da Vinci code ..
It has been a while since I last posted .. but hey .. life has been busy busy busy.
So today I saw the Da Vinci code. And I really enjoyed it. It is a ripping yarn, the screenplay was great and Ron Howard has done a bang up job with directing.
Personally, I thought it was better than the book. Audrey Tatou is yummy, and Tom Hanks played robert Langdon very well. There was nothing that was a great revelation to me, I have know about the Magdalene for many years; in fact as a 'Walker in the Esoteric' I could have told Dan Brown a thing or two!
Critics are full of ego and shit. They would not recognise a good film if it stood up and bit them. This will never be a great film, but for sheer enjoyment and to see Paul Bettany in the buff, you can't beat it.
