Awhile back someone posted pictures from The Sims where they had put Sawyer and Boone (From LOST) in a house together, and Boone had their love child. Was wondering if someone could give me the link again, a friend wants to knock up a guy in their game and the coding was in a comment on the page. Thanks!
Seems like I haven't posted RL stuff in a long time... So here it goes...
Back in April, I was one of my sister's bridesmaids when she got married at the Portland Airforce Bace. She had said soon after that she was hoping to be pregnant by Christmas. Well she is. And is currently about 3 and a half months along. If it's a girl it's going to be named 'Cadence Lynn Falzone' which I think is funny since Lynn is my sister's middle name and a cadence is what is said durring marching in basic training for the military ("I don't know, but I've been told... You get the idea...); and if it's a boy, it's going to be named 'Roman Marcus Falzone'. I like the name Roman, there was a guy in High school that I had the hots for with that name.
In other news, I am finally getting more hours at work! Technically we're not paid on commision... But more program sales = more hours = more $. Right now we're in a Rewards drive; If you have any questions as to what the hell a Rewards is, check at your local Blockbuster (<---- Shameless plugging :D ); and our store goal is around 10 per night. On Friday I was killing on sales and sold 9 by myself just that night. And finally my boss, who's really cool, just a little spastic at times, realized that I'm doing better than everyone in sales and boosted my hours for the next 2 weeks. I know it doesn't seem like much, 2 weeks isn't really that long, but we only have our scheduals 2 weeks in advance. And besides, After being shortshifted for over a month, 20 hours a week is preferable over say 14...
My best friend headnut69 (I can't remember the coading to make it an LJ link) got a seasonal job at Jo Ann Fabrics. They're closing one of the stores and she got hired on to help with the liquidation and if they have an opening at the new Superstore she'll be transfered over there. I'm so happy for her.
I've been working at Blockbuster since the end of May, but have recently got the insane idea into my head to try and get a second job. It was suggested to me by some random guy that works at the Disney Store that I should change my availability at the Block so I have the weekends (Only to be smart I'm gonna add in Friday with the weekend)off and get a second job working at the movie theater that I always go to. The only problem with that is the fact that I can't drive and would need to be picked up from work at night since my parents (Whom I still live with) don't want me riding the bus that late. Still in debates about the idea though...
I was promised back in May that in or around April of 2007 my parents are gonna take me to Las Vegas. Sin City Baby, Yeah! Yeah... As in Yeah-right. My parents never follow through on anything like this. I mean, I was promised a trip to Disneyland multiple times since I was 4 but to date I've nenver been on a vacation. Anwhere. Ever. Going to the beach for 2 nights is not a vacation for someone that doesn't like the beach. I'm a secalphobic. I'm also not sure that's spelled right. But anyway... It means that I am deathly terrified of sharks. I've gotten better over the last year, but last month I was straighting movies at work and stopped to answer a customers question. When I looked where my hand was I squeaked in a frightened manor becaust my fingers were touching a movie case so it looked like the shark (a great white mind you, with the mouth open) was about to bite me. Not cool. So anyway, I'm hoping that I get to go to Vegas, but my bet is that it won't happen... Get it, Vegas - Bet, bad joke I didn't even realise I did till I was done typing it. And besides, my clock says it's 1:40 am, give me a break... But as it usually is with my parents, as the saying goes: "The checks in the mail." And if I ever say that phrase around my mom she says she's gonna slap me so hard, MY grandkids are gonna feel it. My Biodad said it about a few childsupport checks and the phrase is ruined for all time. That so isn't fair...
WOW!!! I rambled a lot!!! So yeah... Feel free to comment on the goings on of my life, or not, it's up to you, but I wouldn't mind the commentary.
