Hello to all my friends. I know it has been over an entire month since I have posted anything. I have been keeping my mind busy right now. I know I should be hitting the bars, or something, but I have decided that I am going to wait and see what happens with my ex. Everyone knows I still love her, and the dedication to her is still there. Although I miss talking with her online, I know she is doing what she needs to to make it through college. I just hope that she can see that I still want to be the man for her and her family. Thank you to all my friends who have put up with my irritating mood swings. Everyone of you has been a wonderful friend. For that, you have my services in your times of need, if possible.
Everyone knows it is very hard for me to meet new people. My father is a Vietnam Veteran, and when he came home from his tour of duty, he was a changed man. He has been to like 3, if that, movies since, and he came home in 1971. While I grew up, I lived 13 miles from the nearest "city," if you can count Dover, Delaware a city. I got used to being a homebody. When I was a sophmore in college, a good friend of mine, Andie, wanted me to go to a coffee shop with her. I put up a fight at first, and then had no more reasons not to go. The first couple of times were very odd for me. I knew no one there. But, then, the first time I went solo, I ran into a couple of people I knew from school. I became more at ease going to this new place, but it took someone to go with me to expierence this new thing. I ramble on about this for a purpose. Since it is hard for me to meet new people, if anyone has any ideas about places to go around Melbourne/Palm Bay, and would like to accompany me, I am up for the "task." I know some of my friends are also looking for new things to do. I think it is time that we just not talk about it, and go do it.
It takes a tough man to make a tender chicken, as an ad once said. Well, I think it takes a tougher man to admit when he needs help. So, with that being said.....HELP!
