[Sarea doesn't speak when the journal first starts broadcasting, though she obviously meant for it to start as there's a 'thump' as it hits the ground and wolf mumbles something. What sounds like a bow-string being pulled sounds and then the 'twang' of it being released broadcasts before she speaks.]
Does anyone here know anything about archery? If

She doesn't know Sarea well at all, but she had heard good things about her from Kevas while living on the ship and shore. If her troll was anything, it was supportive and utterly protective of his family and friends, of which he counted young Sarea.
She holds that attentive blue gaze unflinchingly and then nods when the younger woman speaks again.]
I helped him through a similar detox when we landed on the Shore... it was no less pleasant then, although the presence of alcohol here with prove its own challenge. I'm an empath, however, so not only will I share a part of what he is experiencing, I will be able to help a bit should he wish to let me.
[She exhales then and shakes her head slightly.]
If there had been another option, we'd have done so, but he left us with no other choice but to do this the hard way. [Then a soft smile touches her lips and her expression and posture relax.]
I appreciate the offer, Rea... I will certainly keep you updated on his current condition and let you know if you are needed. He will need the support of his friends, without question, once he gets past the general surliness. He will need them through the surliness as well.
[Then her lips curl and she grins smoothly, moving to stand alongside the girl.]
First your stance, then... One foot slightly ahead of the other, like this.
[She adjusts her own feet accordingly and waits for Sarea to do the same.]

[Sarea merely nods, sighing a little.]
I know, and I'm glad you'll be there for him, I'm sure it'll make things better.
I'll be there whenever he needs anything, I swear. He hasn't been able to chase me away yet.
[Wolf mimics Talias stance, adjusting a bit to make up for their height difference.]
Okay, like this?

Her smile warms considerably at Sarea's words, knowing that the younger woman will keep her word and be there is she is needed.
Then the lesson is going fully and she nods as Rea adjusts and stands the same as she is.]
Yes, very good. Now, when you draw, which will get easier and quicker with practice, I assure you, you'll want your arm to raise to shoulder height. Your arrow will fall rather close to your face, but you should respect your weapon, not fear it at any time.
[Again she waits for Rea to mimic the motion, her focus on the actions and teaching.]

She mimics Talia's stance again, drawing as shown. She's glad the bows bigger, now; a smaller one probably wouldn't have lasted long against her lycan-strength.]

Very good. Now again with an arrow... make certain to sight the arrow at the bow's center and to keep you arm firm. You will be aiming along the same line you make, so if it is off, so shall you aim be.
Take aim of the target, looking through to where you want the arrow to land. Treat the arrow as an extension of your own hand, the bow your arm... Don't think too much about it or fret if it's not perfect the first time.

Wolf does as told and draws and arrow, getting back into the proper stance and eyeing the center of the makeshift target, squinting a little. Then she looses the arrow, hoping for the best and thrilled when it lands just to the left of the target.]
Hey, that's a lot better then what I was managing before! You really know what you're doing, Talia!
