#018 - From One End To The Other
Well, its been a very hectic, fun, busy and upsetting few weeks for me, flying all over the place. Best I start at the beginning...
Tuesday, April 1
Flew up to Brisbane to begin my working holiday. The night before I found out that my mate Trevor couldn't pick me up from the Airport, so I caught a train out to the nearest station to my parents place, and they picked me up from there. Then I drove back from there to Brisbane and met up with Trevor that night. Drove around for a bit then headed back to his place and crashed.
Wednesday, April 2
Didn't do much except for sleep and relax.
Thursday, April 3
Went into Brisbane to meet up with Iceleron and FlameDrake to hang out for the afternoon. We got lunch and played Guitar Hero III. Was much fun and enjoyment. Then I drove back to Trevors in the evening.
Friday, April 4
Drove back up to Brisbane to help a store set up at the RNA Showgrounds for Supanova. Missed :devo-dragonfly-o: and :devatomic-teddy: by about half an hour.
Saturday, April 5/Sunday, April 6
Supanova. Was much fun, but quite quiet for me, with me not having much to do, and not being able to wander much. Got to see the ever so lovable :devatomic-teddy:, :devxcaii: and :devo-dragonfly-o: and was glomped by all three, plus Sparky, Teddy Bears boy. Saw :devechidnite: on the Sunday. Was great to catch up briefly. ^^ Went back to FlameDrake's place to stay on Sunday night, and saw :devngarewyrd:, :devfoxymalone: and :devnikita-wolfpaw:
Monday, April 7
Hung out with :devngarewyrd: all day and saw Nim's Island. Go see it! It is an awesome movie!!!!!
Tuesday, April 8 - Thursday April 10
Drove up to my parents place and relaxed up there for two days. Hung out with :devngarewyrd: and Trevor all day on Thursday, then hung out with Trevor until my flight, which was an hour late. So I never got home until...
Friday, April 11
...2.30am. Then I did a few things on my computer before finally crashing. Woke up a few hours later and went to work (awful day at work >.<) then installed...*shudders*...World of Warcraft (WoW) on my computer. Thanks, Drake >.> ^^; :hug:
Saturday, April 12
Was feeling ill in the morning, then played WoW for the rest of the day. Then had my housemate come home early in tears. A friend of ours (of the households) died today. So right now, I'm really really upset. :cries:
My friend...she was an awesome person, and shall be sorely missed.
