Hey guys,

I don't normally ask this, but with everything that has gone on in the last few months, I feel I need to turn to you guys for help.

Just to recap... Dad took the car to the mechanic the other day and the mechanic, after looking at it, said that it would cost at least $1500 to repair (for reference, the car is only worth about $500

What happened to the recent contest involving cash prizes? Why not just use -that- money?

Because that money's already been promised, Unless you wanna take the flak lore will get for offering prize money, and then just not giving it?

The prizes are being given out slowly cause the money I had put aside for it (about $350 worth) has already been added to our car buying pool. I have also contacted the entrants about it.
