Wow
OK, so, you know I have my E-mail address, kambriel@blah blah blah? Well, last night, in my search for fashion design schools, I E-mailed this clothing website called Kambriel, which makes these beautiful gothic clothes. And I said, "I promise, I didn't steal my E-mail name from your website, I got it from another website which has since disappeared."
Which is true. I saw it on that first site before I even found out about the clothing site. I saw it on a site that was talking about saints, and it said something about a Saint Kambriel, and it's true, that website is now gone and I can't find it anywhere.
But the person at the clothing website wrote back saying this:
"As far as the name you are using for your email address, Kambriel is a legally
registered trademarked name. Not a good idea to be using it ~ especially if you
are talking about designing clothes. Whether or not it came from "another
site", does not make it ok."
