I'm not kidding. Make the effort. Ask questions. Start a conversation. There are ways to gather information and put the pieces together. It's really not that hard. I don't understand why people don't try to get to know each other better. We don't really talk to each other. It's like all the people who stand around in an elevator eyeing each other uncomfortably and not saying anything. It wouldn't kill you to say hello or start a chat. But everyone just kind of stares blankly in the silence.
We were all strangers at some point in time. Me and all my best friends were at some point new to each other. But we became close because we got to know each other. We talked. We went to lunch. It all worked out and now we couldn't be closer. We made the effort to bond, and we understood each other. It's really not that hard, people! Try it sometime. You might like it.
