Whew! After almost three hours of typing, I've got a new layout and a new userinfo up for the community! (;
So, your opinions? Love it? Hate it?
And if you'll all avert your eyes to the sidebar, to where it says "This Week's Winner", you'll notice the usual winner's icon isn't there. Why not? Well I've tried absolutely everything I can think of to get that icon onto the sidebar, and it's just decided that it's going to be a pain in the ass. So. orlandogirl, can you try to get sthestampede's icon on there? xD;
And anyone who can offer some advice, feel free to share your tips.
Also, I've finished moving our history of challenges and winners into the memories - and you can also find a link in the sidebar - so to clean up the userinfo a bit and provide easy navigation for anyone who wants to take a look at that, though I've noticed half the icons are gone anyway. xD;
Starting with Week 52, when submitting, please use a slightly different format [ example in the userinfo ]. Besides your icon and its URL, please include the font you used for text, if you used any at all. I've seen a few communites request their members include this, and its purpose is to make the job easier for banner makers, so that they don't have to go on crazy searches for the font you used in an attempt to make your banner match your icon.
I don't think we've had this issue come up before, but also starting with Week 52, if you choose to submit two icons, please don't use the same style with both icons - experiment a little! We want to try to have a wide variety of styles here.
Now with all of that behind us, go submit! >D
