people say sigaporeans love to complain, which, in part, is very true.
but that's not our fault!
it is only so cause complaining solves so many problem!

i have 3 experiences up to now... which takes hours to solve, being solved in minutes when i called in to complain (and scream and shout and cry and whine into the phone). go figure... who won't complian...
