Let's just do a week of tips from the Techie...
Do not give your mobile device to another person (ie: grandma, your secretary, the fucking dog) so that they can call and troubleshoot because you are "too busy". We ask this for two distinct reason. First, they are more than likely unaware on what the exact issue is. No matter how good of a tech we may be, trying to troubleshoot, "It just doesn't work" ain't gonna happen. Second, and most important, THEY HAVE NO FUCKING CLUE HOW TO USE THE DEVICE. Your secretary doesn't know how to send email from your Blackberry. Asking her to call us while she picks up your drycleaning is, once again, not a viable option to getting your shit working.
