Just a quick one before I forget everything:

Made a salad dressing the other day, out of:

whole egg mayonnaisse
olive oil
corn oil
garlic balsamic vinegar
spike seasoning
sea salt and chilli
cracked pepper
a bit of sour cream
sugar

it's so good and a bit tangy.
