If it is possible for you to view this doc, please, please, do. It is powerful, and it is truth; it is real. I saw it at a documentary festival in Toronto, and there was not a single moment when there were not tears in my eyes. Tears of sadness, tears of joy, tears because the students in the film could have easily been my Kenyan students. Their struggles ARE the struggles that some, many of my students face. But, it also shows how one person can literally, truly, clearly, make a difference for many.
