Apartment!!
I literally JUST got the text... I have a place to live in the fall!! And I had to come post about it because OMG I AM SO EXCITED.
So this place is completely remodeled, inside and out.. it's on the corner of Coming and Bogard, which is a little far, but not too bad, and my roommate Patrick will have his car so we can carpool.
Srsly, this place is gorgeous. Check out the pictures I took (though they don't do it justice). There's a giant claw-foot tub in the bathroom, all new hardwood floors, and oh my god i cannot even describe what else. There's a fridge, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, new sinks... can i go on forever? The people I'm rooming with are awesome, and super chill, and like to have parties on the weekend, which is fantastic.
The only drawback is that it costs $600/mo for rent. But for Charleston, that's not so bad, and for a completely remodeled apartment that's excellent.
I can't wait to move in. I wish I could do it now, instead of in August. And you all have to come visit me more, now that I'll have a place for you to stay!
