The tie and raincoat was part of his imitation of Castiel. As for the shirt, I have no idea.

he said it was latin for "this is a far as I go" or at least something to that effect as to taking off his clothes...

HE actually says: This is greek for "as far as it goes".
Although the actual saying on the t-shirt is: "It's all greek to me". :)

Ehm, not to sound funny or anything, it's not Cyrillic, it's Greek and grammatically correct at that! LOL (very difficult to find, trust me).
