Updated: Evidently the Gold seating arrangement is different than the preferred seating arrangement. You'd think they wouldn't post a seating chart for the Gold section that didn't match the actual seating, but whatever. Issue apparently resolved. Sorry for the rant

Right now they have me down for C13/14, but believe me, I'm going to raise Hell about it. Do you know if Sandy was sitting on the aisle last year or not? I'm assuming she wasn't.

That's not nice! Why they do that? You're supposed to be able to reserve the same seat at the same place. You want to keep this place for a reason and yours is the best, your pictures are so amazing!

I have no idea why. Really annoys me that they do stuff like that. I'm sure it was a screw up with their computer system. However, if I would have been there last year I wouldn't have let them get away with it. Not sure what I can do now, but I plan on trying to make them do the right thing.

I just requested the pdf today. Of course they didn't send it to me on their own. Soon as I got it, I checked it against the seating chart. Believe me, I've already emailed them back. I've had those seats since 2008. I'm not about to give them up without a fight.

I'm so glad you posted this. I just looked at my tickets for Chicago against the seating chart, and I have the same problem. I am going with my friend who has a disability, and we purchased seats on the aisle to accommodate her being able to see and to have room for her service dog (seats 12 & 13), so we're no longer on an aisle.

So not happy!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear you're having the same issue, but maybe that's a good thing. If it's an across the board error, they'll be more likely to fix it. Although it's a little odd that 14 was supposed to be the aisle seat for me and 13 was supposed to be an aisle seat for you. They've completely screwed something up somewhere.

It's still early on the pacific coast, but I'm hoping they'll get back to me this afternoon. Sharon was really great about emailing me back and forth last night... although I haven't gotten an explanation or resolution yet. If I hear anything usefull I'll let you know.

Okay. That makes more sense. *g* Although I thought maybe they took seat 14 away to allow room for the guide dog.

I guess it's possible that the Gold seats are numbered differently than the rest of the seating. But if that's the case, they should reflect it on the seating chart to avoid this type of confusion.
