Important announcement
Part 1. IMPORTANT
Ok guys and gals, it is announcement time. As some of you know Abby has been going through testing because we found a lump in her breast. The first biopsy showed her as clear and they said it was probably just a cyst. So they removed it. Standard procedure after that is to biopsy what they remove to confirm safety. It came back as a stage 1 malignant tumor. They are going back in on monday to re-examine the surrounding tissue. What they found was only 1.75 mm so we found it very early. We now have to confirm that it didn't have any friends in the area or ANYWWHERE near her lymph nodes. We will have the results of that testing on wednesday. We were not keeping anything from anyone with this, we just wanted to know for certain before anything was widely annonced. As a safety precaution however and to prevent any further developments chemotherapy and radiation will be applied over the next 18 weeks. So please feel free to call either of us but do not feel left out if we do not single out everyone for calls. Pictures to follow.
