Okay Details Details! HAHA I'm Engaged!
So last night North had gotten some local friends, Ari and I to go out to dinner at Ichiban's Sushi and Steak house (Mmmmm steak!). Everyone had a round of Sake before we got sat for dinner, and raised a glass in honor of my 28th birthday (Thank you all that could make it, sorry to those who couldn't). About 45 min's later North and Nico arrived on the set and we got seated. Now the table's at Ichiban's is group style eating for 13 or 14 at one table/cook area and we have our own personal cook as well. The one we had last night wasn't that great but fun enough to keep everyone with smiles. I ended up getting the filet minoun and teriaky steak dinner with an app. of pot stickers (num!). Everyone enjoyed dinner (or so they say), then we got desert which I had the Green Tea serbert, also very good.
So it was abit of waiting for my 2nd mother to arrive, of which she eventally did (darn her work). It was then that North...Jer stood we raised our glasses and he gave thanks to having everyone join us tonight for my 28th birthday, and how he and everyone at the table where happy to have me in their lives for all these years and then he got on his knee and asked if I would insure that I stay in his life for all the years to come and asked me to marry him. I couldn't help myself, I cried and said yes. It was sweet, so sweet, I didn't think the boy had it in him. Then a singer came out and sung a Japanese engagement song. It was a magical night and I love my sweet wuff so! Best birthday ever!
Oh and the ring! its golden band with 4 sets of 3 claw marks around it and a lusterous golden band on the outside
