All that bother...
Whilst I realise that that 'Bill' the USofA is proposing for the internet has a lot of people up on arms for what may very well be legitimate reasons* I really don't know what all the fuss is about when already individual websites [especially in the US - to my experience] can ban people from viewing them because their computer is not in the right [read USofA] country. This is not a new ability either because I remember being banned from a fan site over 10 years ago, a FAN site of all things [great PR there guys].
This rant has been brought to you by whichever site it is that decided I'm not in the right region to view footage linked to on another site that doesn't have international biases.
