So.... I thought about succumbing. I went to the main site. Yep, they need two names, not to mention the only choices for title are Mr or Ms and you NEED to choose one]. So, I thinks to myself, I'll contact them and ask what their practice is for us of the one named. It seems you have to be signed up to contact them by internet.....
