i'm thinking about going up to madison this weekend. i'd like to go dancing. however, i have a lot of work to do in oak park, and i should really be conserving money and gas. *pout*
work that needs to be done:
*clean the entire apartment
mopping
sweeping
dusting
organizing
*do laundry (ALL 6+ loads of it) including all bedding
(maybe i will splurge and go to the laundrymat saturday night)
*get things together to be either ebayed or donated.
*decide what to do with the coffee table.
do i donate it?
see if chris (or anyone else) wants it? (no strings attached just get it out of my space please!)
or repaint it and see if i like it any better? (doubtful but i may try this anyway)
*go talk to my landlord about staying in the same building but trying to get a lower floor apartment for the coming year if one opens up. see if i have to pay another security deposit or can i just transfer my current deposit to the new place? need new lower floor apartment for Mojo's joint health. the stairs are really starting to affect him - he slips on them daily. (there's nothing available now)
*pay bills
com ed - $50
nicor - $25
tricounty bureaus - $25
sprint pcs - $100
progressive - $120
*brush mojo and possibly give him a bath if it's warm outside and NOT raining.
*finish off boxes and mail one to it's new owner. chris can wait for his...
(if not able to see chris the week of 7/17/04 then mail it then too.)
ugh... it just doesn't look like this will be a fun weekend. I have so much to do, that i doubt the inferno will be allowed. I wonder if Lindsey could mail me those dog collars my dad found in the Madison House's garage?
