The idea, of having members of one party masquerade as members of another in order to influence the other party's nominations, is interesting, if somewhat against the grain of the whole concept. On the other hand, thinking about this, reminds me of how barbaric the whole "party" system is

It is a shame that so many people don't look beyond the party system enough to research candidates individually (Short answer is that they're dumb). Ron Paul had to run Republican go have a chance. Although, strangely enough, he seems to be more Republican than the popular candidates
