Summary: Sakura arrives in Suna after a particularly straining series of events, and unwinds in a local bar.

After all the crap that they ran into between home and their destination, they finally arrived in Suna. Sakura was two minutes from complete heat exhaustion and hyperthermia when they arrived, but nothing a sudden dump in a tub full of water and a few choice Suna curses from the local medics couldn't fix. What they had not expected was the raging, spitting hellfire that erupted from beneath the water to throw herself at the nearest medic and demand to know where Ino was. It had taken no less than three jounin mednin to pull Sakura off and explain to her where the Yamanaka was staying.
After a tearful, clingy reunion on the part of the two kunoichi, and lots of rest and eating, they decided that they had earned a night out. The team wouldn't be healthy enough to make the trip back for another half-week at least, so they figured they'd make the best of it.
After partaking in the local sake--it had a slightly different flavor than homegrown sake, but wasn't too bad--Sakura grew a little more adventurous. It had been a few years since she'd had the local booze, and ordered a round for herself.
She never really remembered what happened, but at least two whole jugs of palmwine later, and Sakura was laughing hard enough to pull a muscle. Her bones were jellied and she held on to the closest person or object to stay at least somewhat upright, her girlish giggling interrupted by the occasional hiccup. From what she was told the next morning, she had declared various forms of affection for at least three of the other shinobi present (one being a growing adoration for the Kazekage himself), her undying love for her best friend and rival Ino, and had attempted to strip down to her undergarments no less than twice.
Which would certainly explain why she couldn't find her bra, but it didn't make it any less disturbing.
