Well I've just been and come back from London on a last minute trip to the Retail Solutions Conference at the Excel. Found out from the hotel I was supposed to be down there at 3:00.. I got there at 11:00 after a hastily arranged travel. Somebody messed the booking at work up :/

Well I've got to say I preferred Confuzzled!
