Well the good ol engine rebuild kit arrived from *salutes* the good ol us of a *cough* The bank balance got bent over a barrel and raped raw. £185 in import taxes tym + handling... yeah it hurt it still does but come tomorrow I'll have a load of bits to play with once pastal farce relinquish my item.
And my 'birthday' gift from japan arrived too! Got a nice (well i think its a) Garret T04E turbo sat in front of me, I'm not sure what its fate is going to be. Either i use it on the engine or i sell. Should be good for somewhere between 300 - 450 bhp at the wheel judging by the size of the cold/hot side.. With the added fuel economy benefits and simplicity it will give to my engine!
