Interviews
Well I had the interview for the team leader role on Friday. Was interesting to say the least - one of those things you knew you were going to get asked some rather probing questions but as to what they entailed.... Man I was unprepared and some of the questions were just down right evil. As for the competency questions they were no problems it was more the situational ones such as:

"How would you empower your team?"
A. ?
This one is such a subjective question! Do I get the whips out and start cracking... *grin*
anyway that said I think I did rather well! I'll be finding out next week. *Cross's paws*
Oh well tonight were off the the comedy club in Leeds, couldn't have come at a better time I'm in desperate need some good distraction about now.
