you might not be getting enough iron in your diet. That will make you tired.

I would say, his diet isn’t very balanced so that is possible... but more likely than not it’s do to stress. Stress which he’s not willing to admit he’s going through, but is obvious to just about anyone that pays attention or takes the time to notice/care...

Anyway, I'm happy the visit with your mom and doggies went so well!

He could try meditation, it he’s a LOT with stress...

I know it is a lot to do with his stress level. But that is something he is working thru. It is not going to change over night. I think a proper vacation might be in order away from everything and everyone!
