Possibly the best day EVER!!!

Ok because I am dedicated C.A.C.E.E. member I made a brochure to show Chef today. I got to campus at 3 and we went into his office around 3:13, He was helping other students or whatever. Any whoo..he took a look at the brochure, marked on it, yadda yadda which is good because that is what I wanted him to do. I wanted his complete feedback. I expected that. What I didn't expect however was for him and I to spend the next HOUR AND A HALF collaborating on the changes. He made a brochure on his desktop (which he saved when he was does so now there is a reminder of me on his comp.:-P) and all the time he was typing he kept saying things like "what do think about this. be honest. you won't offend me" and "this isn't the word I want to use but I can't think of it." I really liked how he kept my brochure mine in a sense. Actually it's ours. It honestly looks better than what I came up with and he kept quite a bit of my original stuff in there. I asked him what I would need to do to get the permission of the other faculty to allow me to promote the club and he said to just get to their classes a little bit early and ask. He let me know that he already got the ok from all of the other Chef instructors so that made me happy. Also on one of the events that the Pres and I had talked about the pres said that it was going to be held at Parham Rd which is out of the bus route and the campus connector probably wouldn't be running at that time (it was our movie night) and on our brochure Chef put down that it was at the downtown campus. (i am wondering if he still has the fact that i am "between cars" still in his head) I told him (since rob hadn't picked a date that I had to put down "tba" and that I hated that so Chef got his day planner and picked Saturday March 27th. he then asked me if I worked in the morning and I told him that I was off on Saturdays for the club. He reasoned that Saturday mornings would be better since there are no students and we could use a classroom. I asked why we couldn't use the theatre and he said I would have to contact someone about reserving it and I asked who and he told our head of Student affairs. He sent an attachment of our brochure to me and rob and asked us to pass to board members and that he wanted their input/corrections by (and I said next friday) so he put down at the EOB Friday February 26. I knew that if they didn't have a deadline that the majority of them would drag their feet on getting back to him which would put him from getting back to me and that would piss me off like no tomorrow. I also asked him if I could promote the club to his thursday night class and being the smartass he is he said no. then he said of course. Me being me said good cuz I was gonna anyway. he said "good that's what I want to hear."

I asked him how his Safety and Sanitation class is going this semester and he said they sucked. They don't ask questions and don't share any interesting stories like my class did. So that got me thinking. I was considering changing my look for the interview from a business suit so a sexy business dress with hooker red shoes. If he can't get their attention then I will. (of course that would be the Thursday that I promote the C.A.C.E.E. to his class mind you. I may even stay and give him a little of life from last semester)
