Blinkies

To those of you on my flist that are graphic inclined, what are the best blinkie comm's for learning how to do blinkies? I've also noticed that most use PSP - are there any geared towards PS CS?

Hi, I saw a comment of yours in a blinkie community somewhere. I was surprised because my nickname(even though I dont use it much) is wolfgrrl and I have never seen anyone else spell it that way. Curiosity got me so thought I'd come have a look over here. I love how you did your lj, its very pretty. Anyway, I just wanted to say hello to another wolf :)
