Ah, Germany. Here we are!
Aside from a few unpleasantries that have happened (which I don't need to write out, I'm sure it's apparent what I'm talking about), things have been great since the moment we got here. It's fantastic to be able to meet with like minded students from other places; it really makes a person feel like there are places they do belong in the world.
Today is one of the Quidditch days, so obviously I'm not in it. I've been watching though, and wow guys, our team is working their butts off. I think they're going to be doing very well here!
Emmeline is going to be exhausted by the end of day 3! She was in the opening trial for the Growing competition yesterday and is also in the Quidditch trials! I feel really lucky, I've been able to get the feeling of the place and have extra preparation time for the events I'm a part of.
