Well...Here I am
OK, So for the 3 people who I think still read this I am expecting to start posting a lot more. Here is my situation: I am a college graduate, in a rough economy, trying to find a job and I have almost nothing going for me right now. No volunteer gigs, no plays or anything and I really have no idea where to even look for this stuff.
But I am trying to keep myself from falling in to some kind of lazy existence. My plan is to make sure I get up everyday and get out of my pajamas. True, I might just be in sweatpants and a tee shirt but it I am still showering and trying to take care of myself. I am also going to try and keep my personal space clean and I have been checking craigslist every hour and applying for every job I can find. I am printing out a BUNCH of copies of my resume to carry with me everywhere (I have a little August to August I carry everywhere in case I happen to see a “Help Wanted” sign anywhere I can pull it out).
I am planning on cleaning a lot of stuff out and try and walk with my dog everyday and see my friends. Here is where you come in. If you know anyone who might be able to help me find a job, or if you just want to hang out sometime, please let me know. I am trying to make sure I don’t go stir crazy sitting around my house.
I also plan to document a lot of stuff here because it gives me something to do. So please be prepared to read a lot of this.
